Safe & Responsible Gaming

hv999's commitment to responsible gaming

Stay in control of your fun and entertainment on our platform at all times — through deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 24/7 support.

For players aged 21 and above only

Why responsible gaming matters

hv999 believes that online gaming should be played purely for entertainment. Whether it's cricket betting, slots, or live casino — the enjoyment only lasts when it stays within limits. We want every player to experience gaming consciously and safely.

Gambling or betting should never be seen as a source of income. It is wise to approach every bet with the mindset that it could be lost entirely. Your family, daily life, and financial security are always far more important than gaming.

At hv999, we are committed to creating an environment where every player can play while staying in control. That is why we provide multiple tools and resources to help you make the right decisions.

Our protective tools

Deposit Limit

Set a cap on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once set, reducing the limit takes effect immediately; a cooling-off period applies when increasing it.

Financial Control

Loss Limit

Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a set period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until that period ends, helping you avoid impulsive decisions.

Loss Restriction

Session Time-Out

Set in advance how long you will play in a single session. When the time is up, the platform will automatically alert you and give you the option to take a session break, so you do not spend more time than intended.

Time Control

Reality Check Reminder

At regular intervals you are reminded how long you have been playing and what your wins and losses look like for the session. This keeps you aware of your actual situation.

Awareness

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a break, choose to close your account for anywhere from 30 days up to permanently. No promotional communications will be sent during the exclusion period, and account access will be completely blocked.

Account Protection

24/7 Support

If you have any concerns about gaming, contact us at any time via live chat or email. Our Bangla-speaking support team is by your side 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Immediate Assistance

Warning signs of problematic gambling

Many people do not notice when ordinary entertainment is turning into a problem. If the signs below appear in your behaviour, it is time to seek help.

Pay attention to these signs

A tendency to place more bets to recover lost money ("chasing losses")
Being unable to stop gaming, or feeling uncomfortable when you do
Hiding the extent of your gaming from family or friends
Thinking about relying on gaming to cover expenses or pay off debts
Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities because of gaming
Gaming to escape stress, depression, or loneliness
Spending more money than your set budget

If even one of the signs above feels relevant to you, do not delay — contact our support team or use the self-exclusion tool. hv999 places your mental and financial well-being as the highest priority.

Assess yourself

Ask yourself the questions below. If the answer is "yes" in most cases, you are playing responsibly. If you answer "no" to any question, that is an opportunity to reflect.

I game purely for entertainment, not as a way to earn money.
I have set a fixed budget for gaming spending and I stick to it.
I can stop gaming whenever I want and do not feel uncomfortable doing so.
When I lose at gaming, I do not place more bets to make up the difference.
I am honest with my family and friends about my gaming.
Gaming is not affecting my daily activities or family relationships.
I never play with money needed for household expenses or borrowed money.
